    MISCROSOFT is SCAMMING BUYERS


    I have called and been transfered 5 times in a 45 min call. I've spoken to 5 reps from 3 different departments and 2 of the same departments. I asked for a refund the rep said "hold on I'm looking up your info" He proceeded to hang up and put in the system
    my case was closed. They have already taken $344+ dollars out of my bank account and I still haven't even spoken to a rep about a refund and cancelling my pending xbox order. I've also tried calling with skype and it says I have to pay to make any calls and
    I've never used skype in my life.

    Hello DesireeJohnson1,

    Sorry to here about your support troubles. Not sure about your specific issue but I know in most cases the support agents I've spoken with have done everything they can to help every time I call. Sounds like they keep transferring you to departments that
    cannot help.
