    Minor request on the timing of updates


    Prefacing this by saying it is very nitpicky, but, is it possible to time these away from the weekend? For whatever reason on my OG XBox One, downloading and installing these seems to take a long while, and eats into the very little bit of game time I have once the kiddos are asleep.

    Sorry but the code request is now standard procedure when accessing your account to buy points or check on purchase history. You will still be requested to enter a code even after you have updated the proofs of your account. This is the new policy now.
    It may be a minor inconvenience, but it is meant to give your account some extra security.

    Its basically a few minor updates for the avatar market, and some very minor changes to the dashboard. Nothing really major. The update downloaded fine for me.

    This just happened to me a few days ago as well. My 6-year-old grandson racked up $300. I DID have my ask before you purchase option turned on, yet it did not prompt him at all. They instantly denied my requests, which met The criteria of within 14 days and we hardly ever play the game so we have not accumulated in a lot of game time. My request for refunds was immediate as I was sitting in the room with him when it happened. It's a total ripoff and I am definitely reporting them to the federal trade commission if they do not refund my money. As if they aren't making enough money the honest way. The coins on some of the games that you used to purchase are deliberately designed to look almost identical to earned things on some games, it's very deceiving. I'm very disappointed in Microsoft.

    Hello i would like to report a purchase issue with Microsoft not steam i have brought sea of thieves this morning around 9am with paysafe card the purchase went smoothly and successfully but i have never got the game for some particular reason £21- is gone from my paysafecard account i have the proof that i brought a game from Microsoft at 9am but when i look in Microsoft purchase history I've never brought nothing last purchase was 3 months ago I'm really confused i feel that i have been scammed this issue has never happened to me
