    Mineplex Crate Troubles


    Yesterday I bought the Lord rank on Xbox one for my character from the store while in game. I had some coin left over and bought 2 imperial chests and 4 noble chests. However when I went to open them, it was not registering that I bought them. I closed the
    game down and re-opened it to see if this would fix it and it didn't. Frustered, I went and did something else for a bit. This morning I checked to see if it was working and they still haven't appeared, only asking if I want to buy crate with shards. I also
    can't use anything from the Lord rank as it says I need to unlock it but the shop says I already own it.. I didn't have this problem the day before. Bought everything the same way. I would really appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks.

    This is an in-game issue and it will be better if you contact Mojang support or post in their support forums. There is no other way to solve in-game issues.

    It's just the main minecraft servers, like mineplex, hive, life boat, etc.

    i think those servers are not online anymore as far as i have heard no one can get crates out. its one of those things where you have to join people or have them join you to share things. like money and or pinatas.
