    My son is trying to access Minecraft on his PS5. Once logged in with the verification code, a box appears which says' Failed to login. Error code: Drowned.

    You can only transfer your world from Minecraft 360 Edition to Minecraft One Edition to (new) Minecraft.

    Which Minecraft version do you use? For example, Minecraft 360 Edition in (new) Minecraft is not possible.

    (new) Minecraft

    Minecraft 360 Edition and Minecraft One Edition are out of support and now the Legacy Editions. New Minecraft is the Bedrock Edition

    What Minecraft game edition do you have there? Is it the Minecraft Bedrock or Minecraft Java? Do you use a Minecraft Launcher?

    Does the issue only happen to Minecraft game? How about your other games?
