• Are you receiving a Demo Version of the game when you own the full version?
  
  • Mojang has published a help article here to help answer your questions and get you to a solution
    
  • If you require further assistance, you can open a ticket with Mojang here under "Report a Concern"
    

At Minecraft | Xbox Support you’ll find troubleshooting tips and links to help pages for the game, info about playing with Xbox Game Pass, and info about playing Minecraft on different platforms

So, the main culprit for this issue is just making sure the launcher or app is logged in with the right Microsoft account. There are steps on how to accomplish that in the article. If there are concerns over what account now owns the licenses, you can reach out to Mojang support to get that worked out.
