minecraft windows10 体験版のマルチができなくなりました。

一昨日までできていたのですが、唐突にできなくなりました。原 は分かっているのですが直し方が分かりません。

xbox xbox live サービスの欄に「いくつかのサービスで問題が発生しています　購入とコンテンツ使用量」

と表示されるようになりました。一昨日までは正常に作動と表記されていました。

XBOXのネットワーク状況を確認した所「xboxサービス」の欄に

と表示されています。マルチができなくなった日から表記されています。　　　　　

以前までは正常に作動と表記されていました。

マルチと言ってもこれは体験版です。

私が相手のサーバーに入れるわけではなく相手方からの入出しかできません。

相手にワールドが表記されなくなったみたいです。

NATタイプはオープンで特に異常は見当たらなくXBOX　LIVEサービスぐらいです。

制限またはブロックされているのでしょうか？
