Minecraft Xbox One: just sweeping camera view

Minecraft on Xbox One, I turn on the game and just shows the camera panning around the scene. The only button that works is to go back to main screen of Xbox to play a different game. I am not able to play, pick anything, get out of that camera mode, etc,
nothing has worked.

The game loads, then just automatically goes to the sweeping view of a forest, and never stops. I have tried different buttons and combination of buttons, but nothing will make it stop.

Hello Dgeary1212,

Have you tired to delete and reinstall Minecraft back onto your Console? I have has a similar issues with Minecraft doing that and I had deleted and reinstalled the game back onto my console before. If the problem keeps happening you might need to reset
your Xbox.

I'm sorry for my languages. I'm still learning english. I tried to explain as the best as I can.

I'd like to say that standard view camera for career mode stoped work properly. Others camera view are working right for example: TV, Co-op, Broadcast... Career mode has specific view when your control one player, it's view behind your player and camera
follow your player.

Now, camera follow the ball and the view looks like camera view rotated 180 degrees.

I tried reset settings to default mode but nothings changed.

Hi thanks for the replies turning off controllers does stop the scrolling/drift but same for both controllers I will borrow a controller but I suspect I will get the same result as one of my controllers has hardly been used

If it's a consul problem is there anything I can do ?

Try doing a hard reset to see if it resolves the issue. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!
