Minecraft Xbox One Edition - "We are not able to save more data for this game or app" Error

I'm on Minecraft Xbox One Edition. Which is Console Edition. The one that is not getting updates anymore.

I am unable to play the game. I have tried numerous times now to delete saves to make space. I'm unable to delete saves that are not synced already because I get this error. I try syncing them and get the error again. I can't save any world that I am able to get into because it gives me the same error.

And this is getting really frustrating. I have hard reset the console many times now. The save data for my profile will go from 800mb and just jump up to 2gb and constantly give me this error. No matter how many saves I delete.

How do I fix this so I can go back to playing?

The progress of games you play connected to the internet is uploaded to the cloud and linked to your profile automatically, resetting the console will not delete the progress of those games.

The Mac address thing didn't fix it.

Is there another option outside of resetting the console? I do not want to lose my saves.

If it is not synced with the Xbox network it will be deleted.

It does delete game saves from the console its self tho. and I have had my saves when I reset the console disappear because they did not upload to the cloud.

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***
