Minecraft Xbox One Edition DLC content not transferring

Has anyone else noticed some content they had on the older (pre bedrock) version of MC on XB1 not transfering over? I had a load of texture packs, and have a picture attached of the content being on my game previously. Is it just they didn't make the packs
compatible with the bedrock version? My friend seems to have all of his old stuff, I could be wrong in saying but I think he could have some things that I had and now don't. I have attached an image to give a better idea. I have only 4 skin and texture packs
respectively. I got the impression that all skin packs especially would transfer over just fine...

Minecraft converting DLC and Maps fork Xbox 360 to Xbox One

The ability to transfer add-ons were limited to only content purchased before the Xbox One Edition of Minecraft was released. But the ability to transfer DLC has been discontinued.

Mojang/Microsoft still wants me to pay even if I originally owned DLC in Minecraft

    I'm fine thank you.
The DLC was bundled with the base game, which is known as the Favorites Pack. The DLC is accessible in the original Xbox One Edition. The problem is that the same content is not accessible to me for the Bedrock/Cross-platform version that came after. My question is will any DLC bundled with the Favorites Pack version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition transfer over to the Bedrock Edition? Content that isn't affected due to licensing issues.

    Unable to transfer content

    Hi Quiet Riot147,

Are you referring to Minecraft contents? If yes, downloaded content you already own for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition may be downloaded again for free on Xbox One. This offer applies to downloaded content released on Xbox 360 before September 5, 2014. However,
as per Mojang, as of Feb. 25, 2016 the Xbox One digital upgrade and DLC content transfer offers are no longer available.
