Minecraft Xbox - lost account login

At some point over a year ago, I migrated a MC account (I have 2) to an MS account, where it is listed under a PC-X-box profile (not XBox console). However, now I have no recollection of the account details. To add more confusion in July I migrated the second MC account over to a MS account. I do not know if a MS account can have multiple X-box profiles linked to it - if this is possible, I could have both MC accounts linked to different X-box profiles on the same MS account. However, this seems unlikely, in which case I probably have each MC account linked to different X-box profiles which are then both on different MS accounts, but this also seems odd because then I would've had to have used different emails for each MS account and I usually use one email address for all of my games accounts. Finally it is also possible that when we linked the second MC account to a MS account, it 'kicked out' the first MC account's X-box profile, which is now linked to no MC account.

Hi thanks for helping me.

I lost the account it has been hacked and i can't login with my own email. I have the transaction email from minecraft in my mail but i can't login on that account anymore

We totally understand that you want to recover your Minecraft account. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account details here manually since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some troubleshooting steps here that we may use for the issue.

To clarify, a Microsoft account can have multiple Xbox profiles linked to it, so it's possible that both of your Minecraft accounts are linked to different Xbox profiles on the same Microsoft account. However, if you're not sure which Microsoft account your Minecraft account is linked to, you can try the following steps:

1. Go to the Minecraft website and click on "Log In" in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email address you think is associated with your Minecraft account.

3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

4. If you don't receive an email, try using a different email address or contact Minecraft support for further assistance.

If you still can't access your account, it's possible that your Xbox profile was unlinked from your Minecraft account. In this case, you may need to contact Xbox support for further assistance.
