Minecraft Xbox Live Authentification Fail

I have Minecraft Windows 10 edition, In the Profil tab, when I try to sign in to Xbox live for free ( to add credits to buy textures), there is a pop up window saying : We tried to sign you in to your Xbox Live account but something went wrong. I click on
the Clear Account Sign In Data, but nothing works ?!

Error code 83118853 - Multi User Issue

Currently, the Credit Card authentification is erroring out anyway, meaning my child is now unable to use xbox live until something changes.

 

Error 8015D002 and the awfulness of it.

If you activated the Authentification App, then turn that off, and then try signing in. The app requires that you use TWO authentification methods, one which is an app password generated by the app, and the other, your own password. Its weird, but regardless.

Turn off the authentification App, Clr Cache once again (just in case), turn off your console, reseat the hardrive, and then power it on and download.

Microsoft Account site? Are you signed into the correct Windows 10 Profile associated with the Microsoft account you are trying to use? You may want to try safely powering the whole
thing down and unplugging it from its power source for a minute or two then boot back up and try it again. Please let us know with a reply how it goes.

Yes I can sign in to the Microsoft Account Site, I was checking the site for an hour to try to solve the problem by myself but nothing seem to work for minecraft. I using only 1 email adress on my computer, so yes i'm pretty sure i am sign into the correct
windows 10 profile. Restarting my computer didnt solve the problem. I was trying to reach the microsoft live chat support for a more direct help.

By any chance do you have any other games on Windows 10 you've purchased through your Xbox account? Just to test out if you can login to any other game and we can narrow down the problem to Minecraft Windows 10 edition specifically.

Xbox Customer support website. Select your topic and make sure to skip the virtual agent and the self service options.

 

Only Minecraft, it was a redeem code because I bought Minecraft Java Edition in the past. I didnt buy any games from Microsoft store and I dont own an Xbox, so I never really use my Xbox Live Account.

Well I dont have a SR, Mojan's dont want to give me support. I give up, I will go play on Steam.
