Minecraft Xbox 360 to Xbone

I was told i could get a discount if i posted here since i have the minecraft game for 360 but its saying i have to pay $20. Again, Jake said i didn't have to worry and this would be taken care of. I understand the discount also extends to the minecraft
story mode edition i checked and its the same price. i don't want to have to pay $30 for a game i already bought when other people got it for 5, Thank you

Can I play my World on a Friend's XBone?

I'm going to staying at a friend's house and was wondering if it's possible to play my XBone Minecraft world on his XBone Minecraft?

Kinect types and versions

As far as i am aware there is kinect for xbox 360 and kinect for xbox one. I refer to mine as a day one kinect for xbone and assume others refer to v2 as kinect for xbox one rather than 360. Afaik the original kinect released with xbone is the current version

Unfortunately you were goven incorrect information. The upgrade offer for Minecraft ended in February. You would have to pay full price unless the game goes on sale.

Yep, because signing up for notifications for when constant issues that didn't plague the Xbox 360 is the same thing as the Xbone not having constant issues hat didn't plague the Xbox 360.

In the 2 years the Xbone has been released it and XBL have had more issues than the Xbox 360 had in its entire 8 years prior to the Xbone's release. Can MS just re-hire all the people responsible for the Xbox 360 and XBL at the time of 2005, and fire anyone
that was hired in the last 5 years that has been responsible for the Xbone and the state of XBL since? It's painfully clear nobody knew what they were doing with the Xbone, and they still don't.

During the Xbox 360 days I recommended the 360 to anyone that was trying to choose between 360 and PS3. This time around I don't recommend anyone to buy a PS4, but I do recommend they DON'T buy a Xbox One.

Old Phil Spencer has been quoted on the interwebs as saying

“I think the [Xbox 360] is going to be very vibrant for many years. In fact, we have a huge, I think it’s huge, [Xbox 360] announcement for E3 that I keep wanting to talk about, but I can’t,” Spencer said. “I think it will surprise people. I loved what we
did last year with Minecraft; bring Minecraft to the box; six million units later it’s kind of a beast. I think there’s a lot of life in the [Xbox 360] for years to come.”

Hopefully he's referring to the attachment mentioned here, that will piggyback onto the Xbone giving it back the much wanted BC.

Probably cost $99 or so, not as good as having the BC built in but at least it gives consumers the choice if they want BC or not.

However it could be something entirely different and disappointing again so I'm not raising my hopes. Surely he can't ignore 6 million minecraft users, that's six million Xbone minecraft users if they put the BC on.

well games like battlefield 4, it comes out for both xbone and xbox 360 (same for ps3 and ps4) but what really concerns me is the difference between xbox 360 and xbone. it will probably be worse because developers wont care anymore, and theyll eventually
abandon 360.. probably soon
