Minecraft Xbox 1 won't load 0x8082000c

I get error code 0x8082000c when I try to play my xbox 360 disc on the xbox one. Says it won't play, but the game is backwards compatible. Why?

I am having the same problem. Every time I put Red Dead into into my Xbox 1 it says "This Game isn't playable here". It also gives me a code (0x8082000c). The game still works on my old 360 and the disc looks to be in very good shape. It just won't install

I'm having the same issue. I literally can't get anything to load. Tried the xbox app, won't sign in. Tried the xbox companion app, just sits there and spins. Can't load into any games like Minecraft because of it.

Thanks for the advice! We did the hard reset and still won't load minecraft. Do you happen to know if he uninstalls his game will he lose all his save files or lose his download since its not a disc?

Good afternoon Emily, have you done a hard reset on the console or just a basic restart?

Hard Reset:

"Hold the power button on the front of the console down for 10 seconds, releasing it only after the device shuts down. Disconnect the power cable and wait for an additional 10 seconds, then reconnect the power and turn the console back on."

The next best option after that is to Uninstall and Reinstall Minecraft. The game will install with the most recent update applied.
