I understand that you are experiencing authentication issues while playing Minecraft.



I would like to know what device you are playing Minecraft on and if it is Windows, are you logged into your Microsoft account in both the Microsoft Store and Xbox?



As well, is your internet connection working, and does the problem persist if you set up your internet via:

(1) Use a stable network, e.g., home network, personal hotspot. If you have turned on a web proxy, please turn it off.

(2) Reset proxy server settings

Tap windows+R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, tap LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is ticked, if it is, please uncheck it and tap OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if it can solve the problem.



(3) Change DNS

1)Tap windows+R, type ncpa.cpl

2) Click the name of the network you are now connected to, open the Network Status window, click Properties, and double-click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the Network Properties window.

3) Manually set the DNS servers to "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2" and restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.



Also, make sure your device time, is synchronized with the Internet, otherwise it may cause authentication issues.



The community forums are geared towards Xbox apps and Xbox troubleshooting due to the fact that this issue only occurs in Minecraft. There is very little data we can access for this type of issue.

I am not play with friends in Relam after login

Unfortunately, there won't really be a way to resolve this due to that authentication not allowing network access

im able to join servers. im not sure about realms becuase my friends dont have any
