Minecraft won't install - it just says error code 0x803f8001

Hi Microsoft.

I have played Minecraft for a long time, and always logged on via my mojang account, and it has allways worked out great.

Resently I bought a new machine, and when I tried to play minecraft it said I had to migrate my mojang account details to your login system. And now, when I try to install minecraft, it keeps giving me some weird error code 0x803f8001 stuff.

I think I have narrowed it down to the fact that I appearantly have two Microsoft accounts one local for my machine (because I'm a child, and I don't want to log on my machine with a difficult password when I just use it locally), and one for microsoft store. When I use my local profile to log in on my machine, it won't let me log in on my Microsoft Store account with another password than the one from my local account.

I have tried to manage another acount under mail and accounts, for the use of certain apps, but it did not help me in any way

Can you tell me what to do? (the two accounts seems to be registered under the same email address?

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand you are receiving an error code when you attempt to play Minecraft. It sounds as though you are playing on PC, but can you confirm if you are playing on PC or an Xbox console? Have you followed through with the migration process with a Mojang/Microsoft account?

If you are on Xbox, you may try a list of troubleshooting solutions from Xbox Technical Support Issues.

If you are playing on PC, are you attempting to download the game from the Microsoft Store app or through the official Minecraft website?

If you feel as though it may be an account error, I recommend also contacting Minecraft Support at Minecraft Support - Submit a request.

You keep sending me to the same thing, it says the same thing each time I install it

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

In some special cases we recommend uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Probably, the game updates are not installed.

I also tried uninstalling and it won't reinstall. The store gives the same error code: 0x803F8001
