    Minecraft won’t allow access to marketplace


    Every time I try to get on marketplace on my Minecraft account, it pops up and says couldn’t access the marketplace. Try again later contact support if the problem persist. How do I contact support?

    If I may ask, what device are you using in playing Minecraft?

    Unavailable Add on

    If you’re using a new account, the purchases from your old account, including the Minecraft Skin Pack 1, won’t be available on the new account. This is because the purchases are tied to the account with which they were made and are not transferable.

    If you want to access the Skin Pack 1 on your new account, you would need to purchase it again in the Minecraft Marketplace. If the pack is showing as unavailable, it could be due to temporary issues with the marketplace or the pack might have been removed or replaced.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to access the Minecraft Marketplace.

    Due to some of the Mine Con announcements, there was really high traffic as far as actually access the Minecraft Marketplace. Have you had a chance to attempt to access the Marketplace using just your mobile data to just for testing purposes?

    Additionally, if its possible, perhaps connecting to an alternate network such as a hotspot for further testing?

    Go ahead and give this a try, as getting this additional info should allow us to provide much better troubleshooting techniques.

    You cant access the normal console marketplace interface just the Web interface you are just allowed an portal to the 360 Marketplace but it's essentially the Web interface
