Minecraft with 3 month of gold promo

There was a promo on my dashboard that said I would get minecraft xbox one edition if I got 3 months of gold so I did and im still waiting for my promo code

Never got my promotion code.

I was sent over here from Xbox support because I never received my promo code from the “Buy 3 months of Gold, get 3 free” promo ya’ll had last month. This is somewhat aggravating.

 

Went for Minecraft promo deal, but got sent Rocket League instead

Before responding please read carefully. I've seen so many support team people responding with copy-paste stock messages.

I bought 3 months gold to take advantage of the free Minecraft promo deal that was advertised on my dashboard (yes I clicked the link). I got sent the code, but it's the wrong code. The message and code was for Rocket league.

The message itself also even said it was for the 3 months promo deal, but that's not the game that was advertised for the deal on my dashboard. The game advertised was Minecraft. I remember the "build with friends" slogan very clearly, and have seen others
with this exact same problem.

 

You should receive the code by July 31. If you don't have it by that date, you'll need to post back here.
