First, we recommend signing out of the Minecraft Launcher and then back in to see if the issue is resolved.

Second, while you are on the “Minecraft for Windows” page in the launcher, select “Installations” from the top ribbon to ensure that the version of Minecraft you would like to play is installed on your computer.

If “Minecraft for Windows” is installed to your computer, you do not need to open the Minecraft Launcher to use it. Please try launching the game through your desktop or start menu.

If you are still having issues with launching Minecraft for Windows (Minecraft: Bedrock Edition), we recommend that you contact Mojang Support and submit a support request.
