Minecraft windows account deleted and I was given no refund?

So I did the account combining and downloaded the new launcher which genuinely messed up Minecraft for me for like a month before I found a way to make it work. When I transferred accounts my Xbox account that I used for Minecraft windows disappeared. I still have access to Minecraft: Java but I can't find my old Windows edition account and my old login doesn't work, it keeps telling me its already been transferred to Microsoft. How do I recover my account or at least get a refund?

Every time I login to Windows on the new launcher it tells me to sign in and prompts me to buy it. Already contacted Minecraft support but they told me they couldn't help unless it was Java edition.

I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

I'd forgot to mention that I had bought Minecraft Java on a different account. But after losing that account I had made a new account. When I switched over, I was given Minecraft bedrock (Minecraft windows 10 edition) not Minecraft Java.
