I have a corrupted world that I have spend over 300 hours on. The level.dat and level.dat_old were corrupted. But, I have a creative copy of the world where everything was messed up. I decided to copy the db folder from the corrupted into the creative
copy and got all my stuff back, was in survival and all my builds were there. There was only one issue, cheats were on. Is there any way to go into the code and change cheats to off so I can keep getting achievements on the world I have had for over a year?

Hi Flashlight27, I don't personally play on Windows 10 version but I do know on Xbox once you have enabled cheats you can't take them off.

I thought you could turn them off on PC in the options. Or maybe you need to have your map on a server for the option to be there.

Is your world on a sever or is it just a solo map you play offline?

It is a solo map I play offline but I have fixed it. I just copied the db folder which i think is all of the chunks, into a world with the same seed and cheats off. Thank for responding though. I will remember to be more careful.

The Minecraft Xbox One Edition only works on the Xbox One Edition.

You might want to upgrade to the Minecraft (without Xbox One Edition in the name) on your Xbox. If you bought Minecraft Xbox One Edition digitally, you can upgrade to "Minecraft" for free.

Then you can import your world from the Xbox One Edition to "Minecraft" for Xbox One.

However, the Support page for Windows 10 Minecraft states: "The Windows 10 Edition does not currently support the transferring of worlds from other devices."

So you can't transfer your world between devices.

You might have to move your World to a paid online Realm server to access it. Or you might have to run your Xbox One Minecraft in Multiplayer, and connect to the running world on your Xbox One with your Windows 10 version.

But you can't have your World separately transferred from Xbox to other devices.

As I said, you can try hosting your world on a Realm server (which you need to pay for), and can then access it with Windows 10, Xbox One, Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch.

But not JAVA.

Turn on xbox start minecraft go to download world and you should find the worlds you saved on windows 10

For this you will need to copy your world and make it available in a forum for download. Regular Minecraft save worlds to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\, Windows 10 edition saves worlds to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\
LocalState \ games \ com.mojang \ minecraftWorlds. Worlds are saved in different formats so you cannot copy worlds from java based version to windows 10 version.

this file worked for "C:\Users\Your PC Name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds"
