    I've tried everything handed to me from support, and nothing helps. That include reinstalling the app store, resetting the appstore, forcing an update, resetting my pc completely. Nothing helps. I need to figure this out or I would like to request money
    back from my purchase from many years ago. I much enjoy the game, and would love to keep playing it. So PLEASE help. I try to download it on another computer and it works, so it's my computer. I'm not the only one having this problem either. The Error code
    I receive is Code: 0x803FB005.

    Doom Eternal won't connect Online on XboxGamePass on PC. This is the same issue as all those posts last year and I can't find a fix that works.

    So I went to that link that checks your Windows Version. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909 , but when I go to Windows Update it says it's up to date. I downloaded the update software in your second link and it started to reinstall windows 10. Is that what I need to do? Everything is working fine except for that 1 game that can't connect online. Halo Anniversary on Gamepass connects online just fine just Doom Eternal.

    I'm having the same issue. I was just playing minecraft today. I saw the update and it wouldn't let me update so I uninstalled minecraft to see if it would install the update when I reinstalled the game and now can't download minecraft at all.

    Gaming Services not running, can't play games

    Yep i had the same issue, it wouldn't let me update anything else unless i used a Windows Shell command to remove gaming services.

    I reinstalled my computer with Windows 11 and it's working now
