    I just installed the trial version of Minecraft on my PC, and it runs just fine. Then I try buying the full version, only to be told I can't play it on my PC. I checked the requirements, and I cannot find one this computer doesn't fulfill. Why would the
    full version not run if the trial version runs just fine?

    But if it's Minecraft for Windows 10 you should be redirected to Microsoft Store which will require you for a Microsoft account.

    Microsoft Store Library not showing an app I purchased 3 months ago.

    The game is Minecraft. It does appear in my purchase history. It has worked on my laptop in the past. I had a different problem that required me to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. That deleted all apps and data. Now the Microsoft Store doesn’t show Minecraft for Windows 10 in My Library. Again, it is shown in my purchase history, April 2021.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. When it comes to Minecraft for the PC, the Windows 10 operating system would be required and it must be version 1511 or later, so Windows 7 would not be compatible as an operating system for
    the game. The Java version is available to be played parallel to the Windows 10 version; however, it (the Java version) does not allow for crossplay between players on different platforms. Insofar as different packs for the Java version, it would be best to
    check on the Minecraft website if that is an available feature, or via the in-game store.
