Minecraft windows 10 redeem code bug

I am trying to redeem a Minecraft windows 10 edition key from the Mojang website.

HI , so i cant get to get called back it just the interface just doesn't work

@ArminatorX , i tried what you said but indeed once uninstall Minecraft dont appear in neither my accounts , meanwile minecraft w10 edition appear on my xbox account / mygames / pc in one of my accounts

i ve contacted Minecraft/Mojang support but they re treating the support from last month so i have to wait another ~15days ...

i log in on chrome , then i arrived on a page that is not working on chrome so i restarted on firefox , cant login with my phone number here , but nevermind

i log with my email , now i can access the page you re talking about .

i go on PC , i see minecraft for w10 , i click on it , opens minecrarft page with only the button to "view in store" it doesnt say anywhere that i own it , then if i click on this store button, i arrive on the store page and i m offered to buy the game .
there is a line that says "you have the trial for this game"

still the same , i m stuck

thank you for your fast response , i didnt try that , so i m trying it now , but i only have the trial option for installing .

i did so , and still can only use the trial version , everything is the same than before , every button even the login button pop up the buy option

i ve contacted Mojang too in the same time i wrote my post on the forum , i m still waiting on their answer .
