Minecraft Windows 10 Edition won't update

I am on pc and for some reason, my Minecraft won't update from 1.16.1 to 1.16.2. I've tried almost everything. I went to the store and tried to "get updates" and it said I was up to date. I then tried to see if there was anything wrong with my windows version
but that was fine too. I don't know what else I could do I've restarted my computer twice and there is still no result. Can someone please help?

i had the same problem

go into the microsoft store then go to the down arrow with a line under it and it will have all the updates you can add including minecraft

Hey there! The Minecraft for Windows 10 Edition is currently at 1.7.1 There are people playing 1.8.x and 1.9.x versions, but they are playing Beta versions of the game. You would need to sign up for the Minecraft Beta, via Xbox Insiders in order to get
those versions.

I've tried logging in but it's saying I'm under 18 when I'm not. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again but it won't let me pick what account to use now it just goes straight to saying that I'm under 18 and can't log me in at this time. Any
reasons why it might be doing this?
