minecraft windows 10 edition skins won't load

Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

Try those

The skin is only usable on the Bedrock Editions of Minecraft, so you cannot use it in the Java Edition.

You will get a code through email which can be entered on
redeem.microsoft.com, after which you can download the skin as a DLC for the Windows 10 or Xbox Edition of Minecraft.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to transfer your Minecraft skin across platforms.

Just to confirm, you mentioned that you applied your skin on Minecraft Pocket Edition for mobile phones and then you go n your PC and try to load your account, but then you are reverted to a default skin?

If you have already attempted reviewing the
custom skins for Windows 10 article, and considering the steps you have attempted already, to further troubleshoot I would have to refer your over to the

Minecraft Community as they will be much better equipped to assist you with getting this resolved.
