    A while ago, I was able to redeem Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on my pc for free via a code I got for purchasing an

    Xbox One Bundle    . I logged into the same Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store and it tells me to download it on my xbox. Weird, so I hopped on my browser and looked through my order history, and it was there, same date and everything. I was able to open
    up the order details and the code, but when I tried clicking on the game it redirected me to

    this    . Will I have to purchase minecraft again?

    When you previously had it on your old PC did anyone else use it also? If it's not in your order history, then it sounds like it was redeemed on a different account.

    I don't think that's the case since I was able to play on my old pc when I redeemed the code.

    Both items you're showing in your pictures are for the Xbox. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition was renamed to just Minecraft after an update several years ago (which is the one you see showing as being free). The PC version would be listed as Minecraft for Windows
    10. If you still have the codes you received, you would need to redeem the one for the PC version. If you don't still have the code, you would need to purchase the PC version in order to play on the PC.
