Minecraft Windows 10 edition freezing and crashing.

10-15 minutes into playing, my game will sudden freeze, get a white screen, then I usually either need to close it or it closes itself. It's exceedingly frustrating and I don't know what causes the issue to be honest. I've reset the game and my Microsoft
Store cache along with reinstalling; which didn't do anything except erase my worlds :c

I've already did all of those things. It didn't fix anything at all.

Hi! Is this the only game/application this happens to? This may be a graphics card issue. Check that all device drivers are up to date, see if it helps. If your graphics card is managed by a separate program, maybe check there and see if there's updates
available. It may take some process of elimination to figure this out.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Make sure your PC is completely up to date. Like the OS, drivers, also make sure your PC meets the requirements for the game. After that try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with playing Minecraft for Windows 10. There should be no change to your GamerTag, you can only change it using a

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....

There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.
