Minecraft Windows 10 Edition - Deep-Sea Mash-Up Pack Issue

I logged into Minecraft the weekend that the free deep sea mash-up pack was available for Minecraft. It was a promotion through Microsoft. The promotion was the first weekend of June and I have yet to receive it. I attempted contacting you, Microsoft, several
times in reference to this issue back at the end of July/early August. I was directed to contact Mojang, which I did. I finally received a response from Mojang this morning (9/24/19) which then proceeded to tell me that it was a problem on the Microsoft, not
Mojang, end. Thus, I contacted Microsoft again this morning, only to be told that there are no issues on the Microsoft end and that it is a problem with Mojang. In looking at online forums, other users have had a similar issue. My reference number is

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about a promotion for a free mash-up pack in Minecraft.

Then Texture and Mash-up packs that Microsoft is able to provide for you under promotional circumstances are provided via a code that is sent to you on the Xbox Messaging Center. Such examples of DLC that would be provided directly by Microsoft can be found

here.

However, In Minecraft, you now have to purchase Mine Coins first, and then exchange these in the

Minecraft Marketplace for content from the community teams.

If you did not receive the content that was being promoted, then it would have to be that the requirements were not met:

"log in with your Microsoft account and play Minecraft any time from May 31st 12:00 AM UTC – June 3rd 6:59AM UTC"

If contacting Mojang has not provided favorable results, then it might have something to do on "Cyclone Designs" as they are the creator of this particular mash-up pack. That being said, Microsoft would be unable to provide for you a code for this, as again,
you would have to use Mine Coins in order for you to acquire this content.

The Starter collection includes the Minecraft base game and the Starter Pack compilation: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack.

Minecraft for Windows 10 only includes the base game.

Bedrock edition of the game does not have those mash up packs. Only Minecraft Xbox One Edition had the mash-up packs, and that version can no longer be purchased on the Xbox. You might still be able to purchase a physical version of that game, whether you will still be able to get the mash-up packs for Xbox One Edition, I do not know.

Just log in with your Microsoft account and play Minecraft any time from May 31st 12:00 AM UTC – June 3rd 6:59AM UTC and earn Deep Sea Mash-up Pack free! That’s all you have to do, we’ll handle the rest. You can earn one
map per person, and your free map will be accessible approximately a week after in your account in the Minecraft Marketplace,
on (or before) June 12, 2019.
