Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition asking me to re-buy the $27 game

No, I do remember being logged in while I claimed my Bedrock key. I don't have the email as it has been completely removed from my inbox (due to it's age). I will go ahead and reach out to Mojang and see if they know what went wrong.

I don't remember having anyone on my computer (other than me) at any given time, and no, my account is not tied to a family (at least from what I could remember, but what difference would that make?)

Achievements do not represent proof of purchase, and your purchase would not invalidate for resetting the PC.

Can you check account.microsoft.com/orders to see if you have Minecraft: Bedrock edition there? If there were other users on the PC as well which may have been logged in, I would check those accounts as well.

Yes, in fact, I am logged into the correct account. However, I did migrate my Mojang account to my Microsoft account recently, but even before I migrated I had the same problem. I distinctly remember logging into Minecraft.net on my account, redeeming my code, and proceeding to play the game (for a few hours) on ********** (The one I used to log into the Minecraft Launcher with) so I don't know what the issue is. Did my license invalidate when I reset my PC? Is my mobile device interfering with it?

The reason I ask is because if you are part of a group, for example a child account, or multiple accounts, there may be someone else who may have purchased the game and you had access to it.
