Minecraft Windows 10: Doesn't show up on my account despite redeeming and playing it recently?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with launching a game you own on your Windows 10 device.

Are you suing the correct account on your Windows 10 laptop? additionally, do you see this on your

Order History.

There should be a hyperlink on your Order history that should re-direct you to the Microsoft Store to

install this game on your device.

Additionally you should be able to
install this game from the Store on your laptop.

That's not true at all. Mojang directs all questions from Windows 10 to microsoft. and people here keep sending me to Mojang. I just want to play my game :<

I think you need open a Ticket in the Support of the Dev of the Game

Try the following perhaps, as you have discovered you have two Microsoft Accounts.

Uninstall the Minecraft Windows 10/Bedrock version from your computer.

Open the WIndows 10 Store app, and click the three dots menu in the upper right corner with your account signed in.

Go to Library, and check if Minecraft shows up in the list of owned games.

If not, or if only the trial appears, sign out of your account on the store app, and sign in with your other Microsoft Account.

Again check the Library of that account, to see if Minecraft shows up there.

If it still doesn't show up, then I'd assume that you have a third email account that you're not aware of, that you used to redeem the code for Windows 10 Minecraft back then.

In that case I'd recommend you contact the Minecraft support if they are able to help you find out which account was used to redeem the code.

It still hasn't worked. The Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition says I have to redeem a code ,but it shows up in my all owned.
