Minecraft Window 10 gift refund

Hey. I bought Minecraft Window 10 as a gift in Europe but my friend live in Asia so they can't redeem the code, so how can i request a refund if theirs no option in order history?

Hi. I requested a refund and they said that they will answer back within 72 hours but I haven’t gotten any answer from them. What will I do?

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

I found out that those "72h" are actually 72h WORKING hours, but never managed to find how many hours a day has at MS. From my experience their "72h" last for 120 clock hours, so a day has around 14h at MS.
