Minecraft will not let me purchase a pack from my xbox one

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

it may be because you don't have any $$$ in your Xbox account. hope I could help

Have you tried reseting the xbox? You can do that by holding down the power button for 10 seconds If that doesn't work I would suggest going to xbox support.
