    Hi, Emiliano Herrera1

    Welcome to the MicroSoft Community.

Before answering your question, I want to be clear with you that this game login prompt to check your network has been reported by a lot of people, it could be caused by the server status being unavailable, or it could be caused by incorrect DNS, proxy, etc. settings on your own network. I'm not sure which case you are in, in this case I suggest you try the network reset steps below to see if the issue can be resolved:

    1. Reset the network.

    • Search CMD, open and find the command prompt (, to administrator) mode run.
    • In the command box that pops up, enter the following commands in order (after each line has finished running, enter the next one)
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /registerdns
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winhttp reset proxy
    • Restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.

    2. Reset network settings.

Tap Windows+R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced, and check "Use SSL 3.0" and "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2", reboot the computer after the application to see if the problem can be solved.

    3. Reset Proxy Server Settings

Click Windows+R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, click LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is checked, if so, uncheck it and click OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if you can solve the problem.

If the above steps don't solve your problem, then you should think about whether there is a problem with the game platform itself, and it is recommended that you consult with the game developers, who may be able to provide you with an effective solution.

    Best Regards

My Minecraft Crashes when i put it on fullscreen

    Hello yazan_zx 13,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

It sounds like you are having trouble with Minecraft crashing when you put it on fullscreen mode. To better understand your situation, I would like to ask you a few questions:

    - What version of Minecraft are you playing? Is it the Bedrock Edition or the Java Edition?

    - How are you launching Minecraft? Are you using a disc, a digital download, or the Xbox Game Pass?

    - Have you tried updating Minecraft to the latest version? If not, please do so and see if the problem persists.

    - Have you tried adjusting the video settings of Minecraft? If not, please try lowering the resolution, brightness, render distance, and other options that may affect performance.

Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:

    - Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can check this by going to the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest version for your device.

    - Adjust your graphics settings in Minecraft. You can do this by going to Options > Video Settings and lowering the resolution, render distance, or other options that may affect performance.

    - Try running Minecraft in windowed mode instead of fullscreen. You can do this by pressing F11 or going to Options > Video Settings and toggling the fullscreen option off.

    - If none of these steps work, you may need to reinstall Minecraft or contact the game developer for further assistance.

Please see: Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows device | Xbox Support / Troubleshoot performance and stability issues in PC games | Xbox Support

I hope this helps you resolve your issue and enjoy playing Minecraft. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

Minecraft freezez when i put it in fullscreen.

Hey coco, sorry you're having trouble with Minecraft! I understand how annoying this type of issue can be.

Just so you know, troubleshooting mod issues is outside the scope of Xbox forum support. Since the issue started after installing mods, I recommend contacting the mod creator or checking the mod’s community for further assistance.

The issue is likely caused by a conflict between the modded version of Minecraft and your system’s graphics settings or display drivers, especially in fullscreen mode. Mods can alter how the game renders, which may cause freezing or display issues that persist even after reinstalling if configuration files aren’t fully reset.

Hope you can get this sorted out soon! If you have any other questions, you're always welcome here. :)
