Minecraft upgrade not showing up

    Minecraft upgrade not showing up


    I have minecraft for xbox 360 and just got an xbox one. I last played it on the 360 Monday and the promotional $5 upgrade price is still not showing up on my xbox one console after having it for 3 days now. Please help me get the discount, thanks!

    There have been a lot of reports about the discounted price no longer showing up, I'm am unsure as to why that is but it may be because the offer has expired. For now, read through this article:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/minecraft-discount-upgrade     and make sure to follow the instructions.




    After 4JStudios returns from their holiday break they will most likely post an update on this issue if the offer has indeed expired.

    Unfortunately, I can only help you install the game again. You need to find which account you used to purchase the game initially.

    Games are linked to the account you purchased the game from. I recommend looking in the purchase history of the accounts you used on your PC.

    Once you find the game, log in with the account that purchased the game on the Microsoft Store app on your Windows, search for the game and install.
