    Minecraft upgrade not being offered

I bought my sister Minecraft on the Xbox 360 about 4 years ago; and she recently received an Xbone, and signed in with her (360) account, but was prompted to pay full price for the game instead of being offered the upgrade.

Hi, the upgrade offer ended quite some time ago so you would need to purchase the game again at full price.

    Hello!

If I remember correctly, the offer was only for one year, which means it would have ended over 3 years ago.
