Minecraft triple charge, No realm access

screenshot was taken on may 6, 2020 the day after I received a charge for $7.99 for a minecraft realms (this is the most recent extra charging of minecraft realms I have received but dont even have access to my realm anymore. I dont have screenshots for other
dates showing I only had access to one realm but this shows I was in fact getting charged extra

It is now june and Microsoft provided only 2 refunds out of the 14 or so extra charges that was put onto my card. Microsoft knows it has a problem with double charging yet refuses to help its customers. Its terms of services are also quite impeccable with
not allowing refunds after 30 days of a purchase. Microsoft had me pay $16 a month extra for at least 5 months and refuses to refund even though I had no knowledge about these extra purchases going on. Microsoft deserves the worst. NEVER BUY REALMS MICROSOFT
WILL RIP YOU OFF UP TO HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IT IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM REALMS!!!!!!

I do not see the current recurring charge listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ currently there's no history of that charge ever being made, but I know it used to be on there as I've had Minecraft Realms for well over a year. The only charges listed are the two new charges I had to make to regain access to my realm.

After checking my girlfriend's subscription history we found the payment history is now on her account somehow. She also does not currently have access to any realms on minecraft, and she's never had a realm. The realm in question has alway been under my name, I'm listed as the owner, and it worked for over a year with no problems. Now I'm still paying for it but no one has access to it.

All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have been requested. I guess we'll see what happens.
