Minecraft Trial wont show up on microsoft store after trying everything

We understand that you are trying to play Minecraft trial and is unable to because you were unable to see the trial version. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

When playing Minecraft trial version, there could be limitation on this offering, and this will depend on the account that you are using. Please see references below:

To have the Minecraft Trial show up while the use of the trial version will depend on account and on edition of the game.

1. May we know what specific edition of the game you are trying to play?
   
2. Also, may we confirm if you have not tried playing or redeeming the trial version of the game on another device?
   
   • If your answer is yes, you may need to head back to the references above and select the version of the game you are trying to play
     
   • If you answer this as no, you should be able to follow the steps below:
     
     • Install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store or using this link to install launcher - Download Minecraft & Server Software | Minecraft
       
     • Launch Minecraft Launcher and sign into your account. If you have issues with the account, please use the same account from Microsoft Store.
       
     • Select on Minecraft edition of your choice and please install if there is an update for the game. If there is a trial/demo in the game, you may play it. Otherwise, you may not be eligible for trial/demo version. Please contact Minecraft Support for that instances - Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

hi,

its now march 24, and my minecraft bedrock for windows still wont update to 1.20.72.

the update wont show up, neither in the launcher or in microsoft store.

how to fix this?

Try Going the Microsoft Store and Download it from there. Sometimes it wont show up in the Ready to Install.

The account that made the purchase most log in the Microsoft store app, and get the new launcher, it's free, that Microsoft store wont show the purchase of Minecraft if was trough Mojang site but will work trough the launcher
