Minecraft switch permission

My mom had set mine up and it keeps logging me out I dont know why and it says something about the settings not set up for that....I thought it would work and I've been looking for the website. Nothing found! This needs to be fixed!

Check this guide to ensure you have setup the privacy settings, all except purchases have to be enabled.

If not able to play even with correct privacy settings, please contact Microsoft Support directly for any additional steps you may need to take

Please be aware that Microsoft is known to have bugs/issues with Cross-Play for child accounts, so unfortunately you'll likely need to speak directly to them about it.

I personally have never found a proper solution to it on these forms or other help websites.

Another alternitive you could try is switching your child's account into a regular one, if you are comfortable with such, by following these threads:

Note: Make sure your parent account is the "Organizer" and your child's account is the "Family Member" in a Microsoft family for this to work. Sign in to your adult/Organizer Microsoft account on Xbox.com. Select your Gamertag, then select the More actions button (...). Select Xbox Settings, then select Privacy & Online Safety.
