    I tried re installing my minecraft on my xbox one and once I did that it asked to update the game and so I did but it was stuck at 0.0 percent and said "440.0kb out of 17.6gb" and so I did the method of holding the xbox button for 10 seconds and unplugging but that brought the game to 100 percent but has been like that for HOURS and I tried the same method again and more and my xbox won't even let me play any other games, I tries uninstaling minecraft but it doesn't let me now my xbox is pretty much useless. Does anyone know what's going on?

    All of your game progress are stored in the cloud storage of your profile. All the games and apps will also be there just make sure you choose the option " Reset and keep my games & apps." You will just need to sign in to your accounts again after doing a factory reset.

    Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



    Solution 2: Do a factory reset



    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.
