I am having the same problem I have the season pass (digital copy) and it is trying to charge me for episode 4

 

We're having the same problem, and we bought the disc brand new.

Same problem, purchased Story Mode disc Season Pass for Xbox 360 and being told to purchase Episode IV for $4.99. XBOX - Please respond with ETA to fix

 

We are having the same issue. Just bought the disc and it wants to charge us, but it says if you bought the season pass to not purchase there, On the meu screen it even says "purchased, not downloaded", how are we supposed to download it?

 

I just got off the phone with Xbox customer/tech support about this same issue & the agent that I was speaking with searched this issue & he sent me a link from the Telltale Games website. Apparently it's a known issue with the game itself & not an issue

this particular game. You should NOT have to pay for Episode 4 & 5, it is free if you have the actual Season Pass Disc or the digital download version of the game.

 

Same issue, I own the disc yet it wants me to purchase Episode 4. According to this link, owners of the digital copy are good to go. Hoping the issue is resolved for disc soon!

I have been charged so have set up an account on the links below and have sent an email requesting how to get a refund??? Will I be lucky? Has anybody ever received a refund from a gaming company before? Also does anyone know how I set up to request password
before any purchasing? I thought I had this already but was charged for season 4 with no password request? Many thanks
