    Minecraft Star Wars Mashup won’t download


    Recently purchased Star Wars mashup for Minecraft. Was able to play in included world one day then after that mashup world no longer available / findable. Deleted content and attempting to reinstall. Now download says there is 0kb to install. How do I reload this content and get the mashup world back??

    We recommend signing out of Minecraft and back in and seeing if the reauthentication helps. Additionally, are you playing through the launcher? If you are, we recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the launcher and seeing if you are able to complete your download after that. Updating your computer and performing a computer restart may also help.

    If you continue to have issues with downloading in-game content, we recommend that you contact Mojang Support for further assistance.

    Same issue on Xbox Series X,

    I deleted data from 'worlds' and 'resources' but still end up with an 'update' button that doesn't work after redownloading it again.

    Mojang is still working on this issue. As per my previous response, please ensure that your game is up to date and that you are running the latest version of Minecraft. Additionally, continue signing all of your Minecraft/Microsoft accounts out and back in.

    Hello everyone,

    This is a known issue that Mojang is tracking - the developers pushed out an update on 5/2. Please make sure that your game is up to date and running the latest version of Minecraft.

    Before proceeding, make sure your Minecraft account is attached to a Microsoft account to ensure that marketplace items are showing up and working properly. You can check this by going to the main menu, clicking the sign-in button at the bottom left.

    • Make sure Minecraft is running the latest version on all your devices.
    • Sign out of all Minecraft accounts including the attached Microsoft account and close out any open Minecraft application.
    • Sign back into the Minecraft and Microsoft account(s)
