    Hello, so I want ot play Minecraft splitscreen with my little brother but nothing will work, I have checked if my resolution is above 720p, I have cleared the cache on my xbox, and I have restarted it, why won’t it work Minecraft Split-Screen Not Working :(

    From this page, under Split Screen can you try all the relevant troubleshooting steps listed and let me know the result? Can you also clarify i you or your brother's account is a child account or not? This can affect your ability to play split screen if the proper privacy settings have not been set.

    If you are not using an HDMI, the component/composite cable do not support the correct resolution for split screen. Therefore you must use an HDMI to do split screen on MineCraft.

    In order to play Minecraft split screen, you need to have a TV with 720p or higher. Using a HDMI cable on a TV with less than 720p will not work.
