Minecraft specifically always has trouble updating.

Minecraft on Xbox one never starts the update process. Everytime I try, it just stays stuck at 0%. I have storage space and plenty of it too. I've tried changing install locations. I've restarted my console and made sure I had the latest update. I've even
canceled and restarted my update. Even reinstalling doesn't work. I've also made sure my connection is strong, fast, and reliable. I still don't have any progress even after all that. Sometimes it will update but extremely slow yet other big games download
fine. I have known of this problem for 2 years now and have tried making Microsoft aware several times. First by using the report button, then by trying to message on Twitter (with no response). All I wanna do is enjoy this game but everytime I try to, it
feels like I'm doing rocket science even though it's seems random if it works. I know other people have this issue so how is this even allowed at this point. How does something so important get missed over. I'm done waiting. It's been almost 3 years now. If
your own support team doesn't even get back to me after several attempts then this is unexcusable. Fix now!

Btw this happens with small apps and games only. I'm not sure about all yet as I have not tested all but it gives info that this is a Microsoft screw up. Someone a few people aren't doing their jobs!
