    Minecraft skins and textures don't appear but the monger is gone


    My son has, on several occasions, bought Minecraft skin packs and texture packs which are then not available to him, even though the money has been deducted from his account. I have been able to get a refund in the past. However, now MS say that I can't
    have any more refunds even though we're not receiving the goods. Before I go down the route of small claims, can you suggest how to prevent this happening and to obtain the skin that we've not received, please? To clarify, sometimes the purchases do work and
    I don't simply want to prevent my son from purchasing, I would like him to get something for his money.

    Hi There

    When buying skins, please make sure they are indeed compatible with the version you are playing.

    Example:

    If you play on Xbox one you have two versions available. Xbox Live and Xbox One Edition

    If you play on the Xbox Live version and you buy skins for the Xbox One edition, they will not be compatible

    Skins should be bought in the Marketplace in the game itself as they will be compatible

    Thank you. I have double confirmed that these are purchases made within Minecraft on the machine that they play Minecraft. I've double confirmed that after a few days the skin had not appeared. Surely it's not ok for MS to refuse a refund?
