Minecraft skin code from LEGO

My 9 year old bought a LEGO that came with a Minecraft skin (for the skin). When kiddo went to redeem it, system system said was too young to redeem. Logged in as me, redeemed, and SADLY kiddo can't access the skin!

Is there a way I can transfer it from my account to kiddos? I can't find it on my account from my computer.

I have the exact same issue. The minecraft support forum apparently is backlogged by 3 months and I can't find anything about this.

It just seems crazy to me that a product designed mainly for kids (Minecraft Legos) includes a code that is unable to be redeemed by a kids Microsoft account.

Please check skin availability in the dressing room by launching Minecraft, go to the main menu, and click on the clothes hanger icon in the bottom-right corner. Look for the Dragon Slayer skin pack in the dressing room and select it to use in-game.

Kindly make sure as well that your version of Minecraft is compatible with the Dragon Slayer skin pack because a certain add-ons are only available for specific versions of the game.

Give it 24 hours as well in order for the redemption of the code to sync inside your game once verified that it is compatible.

If the skin pack still doesn't appear, please uninstall and then reinstall Minecraft. This can help refresh the game's files and can resolve any glitches
