Minecraft site not recognizing my game.

I bought minecraft java edition years ago and still am able to play it but ever since the migration to microsoft happend it has been messy and now the minecraft site doesn't recognize that I own the game. What am I suppose to do because I cant subscribe to realms without owning the game.

I've had this problem for weeks now, the billing site clearly shows my account is active but none of the *.xbox sites recognize it nor does my Xbox One.

I was told by this site that my modem is not recognize the box so going to call my service provider to fix it.

I get the same code and it doesn't recognize it. IT is happening on Minecraft when i try to load a game.

If the game is not showing as purchased on your account after signing in to Minecraft website, then the Minecraft system is not recognizing your purchase.
