Minecraft shown in xbox companion app but not in the xbox app

Hi guys, need your help. I bought the Java Edition of Minecraft a few years ago and in 2016 I received a code for the Windows 10 edition for free. I downloaded it and no problem to play via the xbox companion app as well as on my xbox one s. In both its
also shown as installed games. Now I bought game pass and started using the xbox app on pc, but it doesnt show Minecraft in the app as a game I own... totally strange. Any idea? Thanks

    :)

Xbox app stuck on loading screen

Hello, i’m using windows 10 and my pc is fully up to date and on version 22H2. None of the apps are shown to be needing updates in the app store and i have the xbox companion installed as well.

Can not sign into Xbox Live on PC (Xbox App Beta, Xbox Game Bar)

I'm having the same issue. I literally can't get anything to load. Tried the xbox app, won't sign in. Tried the xbox companion app, just sits there and spins. Can't load into any games like Minecraft because of it.

Xbox console companion party chat won't work.

To be sure, are you using the Xbox app or the Console Companion App? Party chat has been discontinued for the Console Companion App.

Minecraft Windows Ten Edition not working

    Hello MEGALODON778,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Minecraft for Windows 10 is not recognizing the license for the game on your account. Do you see the license for the game on
your list of games through the Xbox website? Was the free prepaid code from Mojang a trial for the game? We recommend signing out and

signing back in to the Xbox Console Companion app . Once you sign back in to the Xbox Console Companion app, go ahead and try launching the game. Be sure to let us know the results MEGALODON778!

    Minecraft Launcher error 0x89245102 W10

Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

My name is welcome to the community.

Hello Protogen_1, good to know that you have your Windows up to date, I believe that even an update came out this week for version 22H2.

This error that is appearing, in many cases can be related to the lack of the Xbox App for PC and the Companion App.

Make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Aftter this, restart your PC and try to login to the Minecraft launcher.
