    Hi Caroline,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues purchasing items from Minecraft Marketplace as of this moment.

Upon checking the Mojang bug tracker, there are multiple reports as of this moment about the same issue. This means that there are multiple users who are currently affected by this. Here are some samples from the very recent posts for your reference:

Rest assured that your Minecoins will not be affected. Kindly try accessing the marketplace again after few minutes or check for status updates from the official Mojang bug tracker for resolution.

    Xbox one won’t power on

Hi, have you tried plugging it in to a different outlet/socket?

If it still doesn’t work then I would take it back to the shop and replace it. It should still be under warranty.

My left/right trigger’s are not working on minecraft windows but works in every other gmae

This may be a problem in the game it’s self. Try checking the controls for Minecraft.

    If that doesn’t work, reply.

    Microsoft on minecraft doesn’t work?

Since we support for Xbox and we don't have your Playstation account, I suggest to contact to Sony Playstation and they'll help you out with the account access and login.
