    why can’t i buy anything on minecraft mineshop even tho i have enough minecoins it says sorry we cant help you right now for about a year i can only buy free things without it saying that

    Xbox one won’t power on

    Hi, have you tried plugging it in to a different outlet/socket?

    If it still doesn’t work then I would take it back to the shop and replace it. It should still be under warranty.

    My left/right trigger’s are not working on minecraft windows but works in every other gmae

    This may be a problem in the game it’s self. Try checking the controls for Minecraft.

    If that doesn’t work, reply.
