Minecraft set up to save to device but want to change to account

Sorry to hear about your Minecraft issues, let me ask a couple of questions to see if we can help.

1. Which version of Minecraft is your daughter playing? Bedrock, Java, or Other?
   
2. Where is she trying to play it? On Xbox, PC (Which version of Windows), Mobile, etc.
   
   1. If you don't know the version, you can just answer this question.
      
3. Does your daughter have a Microsoft account? and was it signed in at the time this option came up?

If you have changed the settings on that page, you need to sign out of your account on the device you want to play Minecraft on, and then sign back in.

If you haven't changed anything on the page, and the settings have already been "correct", then change them to something else,
save the settings, and change them to the setting as shown on that website, then
save them again!

It still does not work.

I have gone to XBox One Settings, changed them, saved them, and then changed them to the settings required.

I have then signed out and signed back but it does not work. Same error.

This was working fine 2 days back.

Make sure that before you change "tabs" (i.e. Privacy, Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety, Xbox 360 Online Safety), that you save the changes made. Otherwise, when you change tabs, the settings are not saved and revert to their original state.

Also, after you made the changes, your child has to sign out and back into it's Microsoft Account on the console or device the kid is playing Minecraft on for the changes to take effect.

Sorry, it asks if I want to set up cloud storage on this device or continue without cloud saves.

Doesnt asks which device to use.
