Discus and support Minecraft servers chat bug?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I believe that there is a chat but on the Minecraft servers where x box users can't use that chat.     so I believe that there is a chat but on the Minecraft servers where x box users can't use that chat. I've been in contact with some server mods and they can't seem to figure out how to fix it. This isn't just me. Either I have several friends that play
    who also can't use chat. Please anyone one else out there going thru the same struggle...help spread the awareness of this bug so it can be patched! I mean what was the point in being together console with pe and Windows if we can' talk to eacheother

    Hello! I think your best bet is to uninstall Minecraft and then reinstall it. It must be a bug with the Minecraft online servers only if you can play with your friends on other games. You should definitely uninstall Minecraft and try again--your game data
    will be safe in the cloud! (I've had to uninstall Minecraft twice for bugs)

    No, when i joined on hive the first time everyone saw my message so i dont think it is bc of that.

    They probably have their servers set to not allow everyone to chat. Like a whitelist.

    It could be server settings that the owner set up to only allow chat after a certain time of playing. Hard to say though. Try to contact the owner to ask them. :)

    Most likely the server host has people muted.
